Qwo-Li Driskill is an American writer, scholar, educator, activist, and performer. They hold a PhD in Rhetoric & Writing from Michigan State University. In 2023, the [Tribal Alliance Against Frauds](https://tribalallianceagainstfrauds.org/%22qwo-li%22-driskill) found that Driskill falsely claimed Native American ancestry. Following a [campaign](https://www.sashaakhan.com/blog/timeline-of-efforts-to-remove-dr-driskill-from-osu-faculty) by students calling on Dr. Driskill to step down from their position as associate professor at Oregon State University, Driskill left the university in 2024.
