Description
Sentences ascribing propositional attitudes such as "John believes Peter is out drinking beer" have sparked numerous semantical discussions. The book takes us on a journey through the main semantical analysis of such sentences and discusses the accounts and constributions of phislosophers such as Frege, Russel, Strawson, Kripke, Perry and others. The position of each of these philosophers is described and anlyszed. The author develops an account of the semnatics of these sentences by stressing the context of a sentence.
