Samuel May Jr. (Writer) writes to Samuel J. May (Recipient) about the upcoming meeting in Syracuse. William Lloyd Garrison, Lucy Stone, and [Mr. Fass?] will attend, and William Wells Brown and Charles Lenox Remon probably will be there as well. Writer says he heard of ́the remarkable spiritual communication ́ Recipient has been receiving, and says Theodore Parker ́is afraid that [its] effect on [Recipient's] mind is so strong that [Recipient] will do some rash thing. ́ Writer ends the letter talking about the health of family members.
