AT a numerous and highly respectable Public Meeting, held at Freemasons' Hall, December 3, 1835; HIS GRACE THE LORD ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY IN THE CHAIR; the following Resolutions were passed by unanimous concurrence:- 1. That the continued and increasing distress of the Irish Clergy is such as to deserve the liveliest sympathy on the part of all the friends of the Established Church, and to require the most active exertions for their immediate and effectual relief.
