Samuel May Jr. writes to William Lloyd Garrison to protest Garrison?s effort to have Parker Pillsbury attend the Rutland Convention. May says that Pillsbury has been promised to the Newmarket convention scheduled at around the same time as the Rutland convention, and that the promise needs to be kept.
