Description
The contributions in this volume deal with a wide spectrum of historical issues and questions of a copyright in the interest of the parties which have not been resolved until today. They range from Leibniz's perspective on copyright, to comparative law aspects concerning art forgery and recent debates concerning the meaning of an ontological work notion. The contributions show that the long-time existing conflict of interests between author, publishing house and recipients cannot be solved with preassembled patterns.
