Bicentennial Advanced Technology Transportation System Demonstration Act

report of the Senate Committee on Commerce, on S. 797, to direct the Secretary of Transportation to make a comprehensive study of a high-speed ground transportation system between Washington, District of Columbia, and Annapolis, Maryland, and a high-speed marine vessel transportation system between the Baltimore-Annapolis Area in Maryland and the Yorktown-Williamsburg-Norfolk Area in Virginia, and to authorize the construction of such system if such study demonstrates their feasibility
