Decree providing for presidial companies to defend the Mexican provinces of Oriente, Occidente and Territorio de Nuevo Mexico, passed by Congress on March 21, 1826. The decree (2 p.) is followed by "Estado que manifiesta la fuerza" for each of the proposed companies, dated 2-4 Feb. 1826.
