Description
Resultaten van de opgravingen op het terrein in Arnhem waar tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog de brug lag over de Rijn en waar hevige bombardementen hebben plaatsgevonden. Er is veel vondstmateriaal. De nasleep van de gevechtshandelingen komen nu beter in beeld. Specifiek gaat het om het opnieuw aanleggen van de bruggen maar ook hoe men practisch omging met het maanlandschap dat rondom het bruggenhoofd ontstaan was. Tijdens de egalisatie van het terrein kon men ook meteen het afval dumpen.
