An ordinance and declaration of the Lords and Commons assembled in Parliament. For the assessing of allsuch as have not contributed upon the propositions of both Houses of Parliament, for raising of money, plate, horse, horsemen, and armes, for defence of the King, Kingdome, and Parliament, or have not contributed proportionably according to their estates. With an explanation of the former ordinance, declaring, that if any person so assessed shall within 6 or 12 dayes...Likewise an ordinance of both Houses of Parliament, for the better provision of victuals...Die Martis, 29 Novemb. 1642.
