Samuel May Jr. writes to William Lloyd Garrison that he is forwarding the week?s edition of the Worcester Spy and the [Personal Liberty?], as well as ́the transcript?s notes ́ of Wendell Phillips?s speech. He also talks about how he shared a stage wagon with a young woman travelling from Garrison?s house to Spencer, Mass., who was very grateful for Garrison?s daughter, Fanny, for helping her to get ready for the travel.
