The British King's speech.
New-York, February 10. By the brigantine Peggy, Capt. M'Niel, in nineteen days from Tortola, who arrived here yesterday, we have received the following copy of His Majesty's most gracious speech to both Houses of Parliament, on Thursday, Decemb. 5, 1782, brought to Tortola, from Windward, by Capt. Rodney, son of Lord Rodney.
