"Changes in the Code of Civil Procedure" This book presents the amendments to the Code of Civil Procedure, made in the period from October 2017 to the end of 2019. Detailed and comprehensive comments analyze the changes in the claim proceedings, in the order proceedings and in the enforcement proceedings. Special attention is paid to the changes in the protection against illegal enforcement by appealing the actions of the bailiff and by way of a claim. For the first time, a commentary was published on the amendments to Part Seven "Special Rules on Civil Procedure under EU Law" and on the newly created Part Eight "Special Rules on Civil Procedure under International Treaties".
