Description
Como, Colorado was a railroad town, established as a division point when the Denver & South Park Railroad came through. This book contains many rare photos of the Denver & South Park's trains but is actually a local history of the entire town. Many families are discussed (always nicely!) with lots of black and white pictures of townsfolk, including the Champion, Link, Turner, and Johnson families. There are also sections on the Como Cemetery, and the small towns of Hamilton, Jefferson, and King, Colorado. 126 pages.
