Description
This book is the translation of the latin text *Epitome Arithmeticae Practicae*, written by Cristoph Clavius (1538-1612) and published for the first time in 1583. The translator Lorenzo Castellano was one of the pupils of Clavius, who taught mathematics in the Roman College.
