This exhibition marks the retirement of Lex van de Haterd as curator of Museum de Wieger, a position he held for five years.00 The exhibition consists of more than 200 works of art, which are shown in three partial exhibitions, which together represent a century of modern and contemporary visual art. cover (1920-2020). In the main building downstairs, their interwar works are integrated into 'The world of Hendrik Wiegersma'. Artworks by his friends Ossip Zadkine, Moissey Kogan, Otto van Rees, Jozef Cantré and Joep Nicolas are shown in conjunction with various drawings and paintings by Wiegersma. In addition, there are thematically related drawings, pastels and lithographs by Jan Sluijters and Leo Gestel. In the main building upstairs: a choice of post-war and contemporary art by the collector couple, including works of art ranging from paintings to sculptures, from glassware to ceramics and from drawings to graphics. Themes will include nature, portrait / figure and architecture.00In the studios: photography from the collection of Lex and Leonie with Cas Oorthuys, Willem Wernsen, Ilse Leenders, Wim Koerts, Jolanthe Lalkens etc. Amsterdam artists represented; Armando symbolizes this, while Zadkine represents the interwar artists, the other focal point in the collection. 00 Exhibition: Museum de Wieger, Deurne, The Netherlands (20.09.2020-10.01.2021). Deze expositie markeert het afscheid van Lex van de Haterd als conservator van Museum de Wieger, een functie die hij vijf jaar heeft vervuld.00De tentoonstelling bestaat uit ruim 200 kunstwerken, die getoond worden in drie deelexposities, die samen een eeuw moderne en eigentijdse beeldende kunst bestrijken (1920-2020). In het hoofdgebouw beneden worden hun interbellumwerken ingepast in 'De wereld van Hendrik Wiegersma'. In samenhang met diverse tekeningen en schilderijen van Wiegersma worden kunstwerken getoond van zijn vrienden Ossip Zadkine, Moissey Kogan, Otto van Rees, Jozef Cantré en van Joep Nicolas. Daarnaast zijn er thematisch verwante tekeningen, pastels en litho's van Jan Sluijters en Leo Gestel.00In het hoofdgebouw boven: een keuze uit de naoorlogse en hedendaagse kunst van het verzamelaarsechtpaar, met daarin kunstwerken die variëren van schilderijen tot beelden, van glaswerk tot keramiek en van tekeningen tot grafiek. Als thema's zullen o.a. natuur, portret/figuur en architectuur te zien zijn.00In de ateliers: fotografie uit collectie van Lex en Leonie met Cas Oorthuys, Willem Wernsen, Ilse Leenders, Wim Koerts, Jolanthe Lalkens e.v.a.00In de eigentijdse deelcollectie zijn veel Amersfoortse en Amsterdamse kunstenaars vertegenwoordigd; daar staat Armando symbool voor, terwijl Zadkine de interbellumkunstenaars representeert, het andere zwaartepunt in de collectie.00Exhibition: Museum de Wieger, Deurne, The Netherlands (20.09.2020-10.01.2021).
