Description
Until March 23, 60 domestic and overseas from the United States, Spain, Russia, France, Mexico, Venezuela, Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Peru, researchers involved in the V Meeting on Dynamical Astronomy in Latin America (Adela), organized by Faculty Astronomical and Geophysical Sciences, National University of La Plata (UNLP). The meeting was also attended by a large number of students from Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, and our country, especially in the provinces of Cordóba and San Juan. Within meeting,Thursday, 22, 19 hours lecture open to the public. About the origin of the universe as a matter of talk disclosure will be offered. It will be led by Mr. Jesús Humberto Calderón, the Astronomical Observatory of Córdoba. With a flowchart of invited lectures, oral contributions and special sessions for specific discussion of the posters, researchers and advanced students will cover topics regarding Astrometry; Radioastrometrńa; Observational techniques; International Time scales; Artificial satellites; Space Debris; Celestial Mechanics; Galactic structure; Stellar Dynamics; Binary and Multiple Systems; Stellar Associations and Cluster. The meeting "Adele" preceding promote the search for a regional union carried out by people who work in the area of Astrometry, maintaining and expanding the connecting links with institutions that lead the world astronomy.^ The objectives of the fifth meeting are focused on supporting the development of astronomical activities in countries of the region have recently started; continue with the increasing development of the area Astrometry and Dynamics in Latin America, consolidating existing lines of research and promoting the development of new ones; attract young astronomers and students to our disciplines, which currently offer attractive opportunities for research in fields that are in rapid process of innovation; promote the approach Astrometry to the community through outreach and cultural. Local organizers say it's the first time Faculty Astronomical and Geophysical Sciences takes an international meeting oriented Astrometry Area of research that has a long tradition. "Since she try to promote and / or strengthen the opening of spaces and projects fraternal countries that are currently in early stages of development in this set of areas that we call Dynamic Astronomy".^ ^On the Argentine side, the proposal to hold this meeting was endorsed by Faculty Astronomical and Geophysical Sciences La Plata and the Argentina Association Astronomy.
