[Letter to] Dear Mr. Webb

Description

May thanks Webb for sending a copy of "The Spectator." He says that Edmund Quincy reads many English periodicals at the Boston Public Library and the Boston Athenaeum. May regrets that he missed seeing Webb's son, Richard. He tells Webb of his poor health, mentions receiving a book from Eliza Wigham, and describes the Third Decade Meeting.
