Die Aufgabe der Integration von Geflüchteten in Deutschland stellt unser Bildungssystem mehr denn je auf den Prüfstand. Dies wird evident, wenn man jüngere nationale und internationale Studien zur Situation von MigrantInnen in Bildungsinstitutionen und im Übergang zur Ausbildung in den Blick nimmt, die die verminderten Erfolgsaussichten und vielfältigen Benachteiligungen von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund aufzeigen. Anselm Böhmer diskutiert die Vielzahl entsprechender empirischer Befunde sowie die ihnen zugrunde liegenden Bildungskonzepte und schlägt konkrete Maßnahmen zum Abbau von institutioneller Diskriminierung im Bildungswesen und zur Beförderung der Integration von Geflüchteten durch Bildungsprozesse vor.; The task of socially integrating refugees in Germany is putting our education system to the test like never before. This becomes evident when one takes a look at recent national and international studies on the situation of migrants in educational institutions, and in the transition to vocational education, which show the reduced prospects of success and the diverse disadvantages of people with migrant backgrounds. Anselm Böhmer discusses the multitude of corresponding empirical findings as well as the educational models which underlie them, and proposes concrete measures for breaking down institutional discrimination in the education system and for the advancement of the integration of refugees through educational processes.
