Description
Was motivierte die Gründergeneration? 00Open-air museums have been inspiring visitors for 125 years ? a success story that has begun in Scandinavia. This type of museum is among the most attractive forms of presentation for culture and nature. The Association of European Open-Air Museums (AEOM) was founded in 1966 and unites approximately 100 museum professionals from large and national open-air museums. What kind of network are we talking about and how can the development of AEOM be described? What motivated the founding generation? It is worth looking at the history of AEOM since it sheds a light on the development of open-air museums in general.
