Description

Samuel May Jr. (Writer) expresses his regret that Samuel J. May (Recipient) is detained from going to Cincinnati due to his wife?s illness. He wishes Recipient would be able attend the annual meeting in New York, and talks enthusiastically about the venue and program of the meeting, as well as the speakers. In a post script, Writer encourages Recipient to send the tracts he had proposed, saying that the society publishes them after the Examining Committee reviews them.
